"We hired A-Z Events before our event to fill our vacant roles of race director and course director for the Cambridge Town and Gown 10k. It was great to work with Amy and Dave, who were able to provide a bespoke service adapting to what we needed to deliver the event. They were brought in a few weeks before the event and were professional from the outset, getting to know the route, local area and prepare all materials. They were able to provide useful and constructive advice using their experience from other events, to help get the event plans and materials to a higher standard.
When it came to the event weekend, their efforts were exactly what we had hoped for. They worked tirelessly to get the route and event signage up before the event. They came fully prepared for staff briefings and created more comprehensive briefings than ever used on the event previously. On the event day they had to deal with staff shortages and their expertise and experience showed here, when they were able to deal with this in an efficient manner, resolving it very quickly.
We enjoyed working with both Amy and Dave, and their experience on mass participation events was a valuable asset to our event and I am sure to many of their future clients."
